Field productivity
Field productivity is how much effective work each person completes per shift: orders closed, visits made or services delivered per day. It is the indicator used to size a team and to compare performance between zones.
Measuring it on its own leads to wrong conclusions. Someone with a dense territory closes twice as many orders as someone with the same skill in a scattered one, and that says nothing about either. That is why it is read alongside geoproductivity, which discounts travel time.
The lever that moves it most is not execution speed but assignment quality: arriving with the right spare part and the equipment history avoids the second visit, and one avoided second visit is worth more than fifteen minutes saved on every repair.
