Photographic evidence
Photographic evidence is the photo taken during an intervention that stays attached to the order with its time and location. It serves to prove what was done, what condition something was found in and what was left behind, without depending on anyone account.
What makes it evidence and not just another photo comes down to three things: that it is taken from within the app — not from the gallery — that it carries time and coordinates, and that it cannot be swapped out afterwards. A photo sent by messaging app meets none of the three.
Its value shows up in disputes: a warranty claim, an SLA penalty or an audit gets resolved by looking at the record instead of reconstructing it. In the public sector it is also usually the requirement that makes an intervention certifiable.
