A project based on the AGILE methodology was developed with the participation of all those involved: insurance brokers, Mapfre's Operations and IT departments and members of the GDW team. First, all the processes defined by Mapfre were surveyed, the interaction processes with the brokers were designed together and optimized. Then all the processes were implemented in the GDW platform securing the information and thus all the authorization processes, validation, conditions, roles and times. All the information was made available online in real time, as well as the indicators.
