Customer prospecting and customer loyalty project for AMEX in Mexico

A project based on the AGIL methodology was developed with the participation of all those involved: the agencies at national level and the marketing area of American Express. First, the processes defined by Amex were surveyed, the processes of visits to establishments were designed together according to the campaigns in force and then they were implemented in the GDW platform, ensuring the information and thus all the registration, audit and validation processes. There is a routing module in which it is possible to automatically assign the visit tasks to the executives according to their associated geo-zone. All the information was made available online in real time, in order to be consulted by the different national and regional directorates.
