Webinar Governmental geomanagement in the field: a technological solution for smart cities

On Wednesday, December 15, a webinar entitled "Governmental geomanagement in the field: a technological solution for smart cities" was held , focusing on the path towards smart cities, considering the migration from traditional management to governmental geomanagement. From this technological transformation and a paradigm shift based on mobility we arrive at the smart cities model, in which municipalities and governments put the citizen at the center.

The virtual event, which took place via Zoom, was specially designed for directors of municipalities, public employees, ministers, mayors, mayors and governmental actors of entities such as municipalities, municipalities, ministries and other agencies.

The event had two main speakers: Marcel Mordezki (Uruguay), expert in Management of Technology, Consultant and International Teacher, and Patricia Canabal (Uruguay), director of the IT Process Analysis area of the Municipality of Montevideo.

Also participating in the presentation were: Cesar Corredor (Colombia), Director of Technological Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Pensiero Advisors Consultant, Luis Garrido (Uruguay), Director General of Control, Municipality of Canelones and Political Science graduate, and Luis Bornia (Uruguay), Signage and Nomenclature Unit, Municipality of Canelones.
